Standardized Operating Procedures

Pursuant to New York State law, Main Woods Real Estate posts these prerequisites for prospective homebuyers.

Identification

Main Woods Real Estate does not require prospective buyers to provide photo identification (driver’s license, passport, etc.) prior to receiving services.

Exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement

Main Woods Real Estate requires a signed Exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement before showing any property to a prospective buyer, in compliance with New York State law.

Pre-Approval / Proof of Funds

Main Woods Real Estate does not require mortgage pre-approval or proof of funds prior to an initial showing. Documentation may be requested later in the transaction process.

Broker Acknowledgment

I, the undersigned broker, certify that these Standardized Operating Procedures are applied uniformly and fairly to all prospective buyers. Copies of this SOP (and any future amendments) are maintained in the brokerage records as required by the New York State Department of State.
